What’s on the Menu?

Our chef-led class focuses on time-honored recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local markets. You will learn to prepare:

  • The Iconic Seafood Paella: Master the secrets of the perfect sofrito, the importance of a rich fumet (seafood stock), and how to achieve the legendary socarrat (the delicious crispy bottom).

  • Pan con Tomate: Learn the quintessential Catalan ritual using «tomàquet de penjar», crunchy bread, and premium olive oil.

  • Classic Spanish Tortilla: Discover the professional technique for the perfect flip to get a juicy, golden potato and onion omelet.

  • Chorizo in cider: A bold and tasty tapa of glazed chorizos cooked slowly in cider.

No Spanish feast is complete without the perfect drink. Unlike other workshops, here the Sangria is available throughout the entire course.
