Come immerse yourself in our new Bundjalung Culture & Dining experience hosted by Arakwal woman Delta Kay and Widjabul Wia-bul Chef Mindy Woods.

Saturday 11th March, from 3pm to 6pm at Brookie's Cape Byron Distillery What's included: A guided walk with Aunty Delta though Brookie's beautiful rainforest, exploring and tasting delicious bush tucker foods and hearing traditional stories, cultural perspectives and history about the once Big Scrub. A welcome drink (choice of Brookie's famous gin and tonic or a native infused mocktail), and information about Brookie's distillery and their use of native botanicals. Shared style starters, mains, sides and dessert featuring locally sourced, seasonal produce and native ingredients prepared by Mindy Woods. *Dietary requirements are catered for. Please advise upon booking.
