Designed to get you up in the air and learning the basics at the only RYA Sail Foil training centre in Scotland, you’ll be supplied with all your equipment in addition to expert guidance from our qualified instructors. So, it’ll only be a matter of time before you master the essentials.

    Sail Foiling

    Are you looking to learn everything that you need to know about the fundamentals of Sail Foiling? If so, this epic session is exactly what’s needed to get started. Designed to get you up in the air and learning the basics at the only RYA Sail Foil training centre in Scotland, you’ll be supplied with all your equipment in addition to expert guidance from our qualified instructors. So, it’ll only be a matter of time before you master the essentials. Foiling Fundamentals (weekend) - £375pp (or £320pp for 3 or more) Foiling Fundamentals (weekend all inclusive) - £465pp (or £415pp for 3 or more)......Sail foiling is suitable for confident level 2 sailors and above and we need a minimum of 10 knots of wind. Wetsuits can be hired from GAC for those who don't have their own. Each session lasts around 3 hours and you will need to bring with you some footwear you don't mind getting wet, a towel for afterwards and your wetsuit. Wetsuits can be hired for those that don't have their own, in which case you would just need something to wear underneath.

    Based 10 miles north of Castle Douglas, our amazing Sail Foiling location can be found just off the A713 road network beside Loch Ken. The A75 and A74(M) are also nearby, while Dumfries is less than 43 minutes away. Full travel information will be printed on your booking confirmation receipt.
