Victorian Alps Highlights - Victoria - 4 Days

The Victorian Alps is a vast and beautiful alpine area featuring the state’s highest peaks. On this tour, we’ll walk across grassy snow plains, climb rocky summits and take in spectacular alpine vistas and dramatic river valleys. This tour will take you to the heart of this beautiful area.
We’ll visit historic high-country huts, walk on sections of the Australian Alps Walking Trail and explore Mt Buffalo National Park, Victoria’s oldest, and renowned for its striking alpine scenery and abundant wildlife.

Daylesford & Goldfields Track Highlights - Victoria - 4 Days

This relaxed four-day walk on the Goldfields track around Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and Castlemaine, includes great walking on well-maintained trails and many other activities which the region is most famous for. It is an easy walk for people with a reasonable level of fitness.
On this tour, you will spend time at the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa to soothe your muscles, enjoy a morning tea stop at the Chocolate Mill, visit the historic Red Beard Bakery and taste some local cider.
Our primary venue is a gorgeous purpose-built accommodation in the heart of Daylesford. You will enjoy daily walks with light day packs only, each day returning to our accommodation.

Note: Due to severe storms and flooding in late 2022, it has been necessary to amend parts of our tour as some tracks were heavily damaged. We are in regular contact with Parks Victoria as they work to re-open impacted areas. Victorian Alps Three Peaks Challenge - Victoria - 4 Days

The Victorian Alps is a vast and beautiful alpine area featuring the state’s highest peaks. On this tour, we’ll walk across grassy snow plains, climb rocky summits and take in spectacular alpine vistas across Mt Dunn, Mt Feathertop, Mt Bogong and the dramatic river valleys below.
This trek isn’t for the faint hearted, and a excellent level of fitness is required as we take on Victoria’s highest peaks. Our biggest day of walking takes us along the Razorback trail (Mount Feathertop). The climb to the summit of Victoria’s second highest mountain (1922m) gives us incredible views – within the grasp of most walkers with an excellent fitness level.
We will also ascend Victoria’s highest peak, Mt Bogong. The climb up via the Staircase Spur track, climbing through the peppermints, then mountain gums, snow gums and finally breaking out above the tree line. From there we achieve the summit cairn, and stand upon via Victoria’s highest peak at 1986 meters.
