This is your opportunity to have a powerful insight into the world of the Aboriginal through the Welcome to Country Aboriginal Experience - exclusively for your group.


This immersive and highly interactive program starts with the group meeting their guide and host for the day, their Storyteller that will provide them with a wonderful insight into Dreamtime and the Creation stories of the world's most ancient culture. After this audio visual presentation, meet your Elder, a traditional owner of the land, as he performs a ‘Welcome to
Country’.

They then enter the world of the Aboriginal where they are greeted by didgeridoo and a traditional smoking ceremony. Following is time spent at interactive cultural stations within the Aboriginal village learning all about the traditional way of life. Throw a spear, play a didgeridoo, understand about warfare and bush medicines. Each station is a chance to ask questions, interact and engage with the friendly and informative guides at each station.

Next up is learning the art of boomerang painting and why we paint ourselves as we do. This is a highlight as guests get to keep the souvenir boomerang to take home as a gift.
