IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
The Nymboida is a 'natural' flow river meaning the weather dictates our rafting trips.
Before booking please make sure you read and understand the below.
Pending Supplier
For a trip to go ahead there needs to be minimum of 4 people. Until the booking reaches 4 it will show 'Pending Supplier'.
If your group size is less than 4 you can either join a group, pay the difference, or enquire about starting a new booking with your preferred date.
Once there are 4+ people we will confirm the trip. You will receive a ‘pre-arrival’ email (waiver) - please check your spam folder. Each person must fill out this form before the trip commencement date. Any persons who have not completed our waiver form will not be allowed to go on the trip.
On Confirmation - your trip will still be pending
After receiving your 'confirmation' your trip will still show as confirmed, however your trip may still not go ahead due to the following:
1. River Heights - too high or to low. We try to give as much information as soon as we know ourselves and sometimes won't know until the morning of your trip.
2. There is a chance we will drive to the river and cancel the trip on arrival due to no electronic river gauge in the area . In this case you will get a 80% refund to cover so we can cover our costs. This is very rare!
3. Natural Parks Closure - this is out of our control. They usually giving us 24 hours’ notice however also not limited to.
4. Raft Guides - availability of guides. Raft Guides are seasonal workers and also hold down other full-time employment.
Cancellation
1. Exodus Adventures hold the right to cancel your trip as a result of any the above. If your trip is cancelled, you will have the opportunity to change dates or be given a full refund. Exodus Adventures will not be responsible for (paying or compensation) on your accommodation due to cancelling.

2. If you cancel 24 hours before the trip no refund is given
3. If you cancel 48 hours before the trip 50% is refunded
4. If you cancel anytime before then stated above, a %10 admin fee will not be refunded

River Tubing
River tubing is a popular fun and adventurous water activity where you float down a river and rapids on inflatable tubes.
Feel the rush while you float, slide and frolic down the easy to navigate yet thrilling rapids under the guidance of a qualified guide. Whilst having a tonne of fun you will also lean about river systems, river safety, and how to swim safely in moving waters.
Included: All safety equipment and briefing. Certified river guide.
What to bring
· Closed in shoes – old sneakers or joggers. No slip on shoes.
· Towel
· Suncreen
· Cap or hat
· Sun smart swimwear
· Change of clothes

Eligibility
· Min of 4 people required for tour to go ahead.
· Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity.

· Children aged 5-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
· No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate.
