Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) Surfers Paradise

Your stand up paddle board lesson begins with a safety briefing and basic instruction, followed by a demonstration by an instructor for a full visual of what to expect. Then we get you out on the water to experience ‘walking on water’ for the first time!
Our paddle boarding lessons are close to shore, flat water only and very easy to get the hang of. Whilst your instructor helps you along the way with balance tips, they will coordinate the group to begin paddle technique training to ensure you are all the best paddlers by the end of the lesson. We have loads of fun on the water!

Our Instructors are Surfing Queensland accredited and our equipment is the best quality on the Gold Coast. Photos are taken during the lesson and are available for purchase afterwards! The smiles are contagious! Love to SUP! The Gold Coast has amazing waterways to explore!

Hire a top quality paddle board for 2 hours and explore the myriad of waterways through Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, & Southport. Our friendly instructor will go over the basics to get you up and paddling in no time, teaching you more about paddle technique and turning. Learn quicker this way and enjoy the art of paddling more.
We provide you with a paddle plan and let you know how long it should take you to paddle there and back. You can get started after a safety briefing and maybe a quick photo before you go explore!

Stop off on the beaches along the way for a swim or simply a rest and enjoy the best of the Gold Coast area. Perhaps spot a dolphin pod or a turtle among the abundance of marine life we have here in the river. Cruise to Macintosh Island & walk through the park and get up close and personal to the local birdlife.

Whether you are paddling past the high-rises & mansions of Surfers Paradise or meandering through the mangroves witnessing the beauty of the area at hand you will enjoy our area of Paddling. We love it and we know you will too!

The Paradise SUP tour includes a basic lesson, water safety briefing, high quality SUP equipment and a 2 hour guided tour of the Surfers Paradise waterways. The tours depart at 9am (weather permitting) and are fun for the whole family! Life jackets are available for customers at their request/with low swimming ability. Drinking water is provided.
Imagine paddling past the high rise hotels of Surfers Paradise one minute, and the next, cruising past the mangroves enjoying nature at its best! Truly the best of both worlds. It's an awesome feeling standing on your paddle board cruising with the dolphins & creating amazing photos for you to share with friends & family. After a rest stop, next on the agenda is cruising past the mansions of Paradise Waters then through to the peaceful mangroves of Macintosh Island Park where you will see an abundance of bird life, spot the family of peacocks or even dolphins!
The calm waters allow you to learn how to SUP with ease and your instructor will be with you every step of the way. Whether you choose to meander along taking in the peace and tranquility or racing everyone and testing your paddle skills, you will truly love SUP and want to do it again! Please allow about 2.5 hours for this tour.
If you are unsure of whether this tour is suitable for your skill level, please call us to discuss. We do approx 2.5 kms on the water, if you feel your fitness may not be enough to achieve this, please consider doing a lesson first to improve your paddle skills. our lessons are 1 hour only and operate daily (weather permitting) check it out online

Take a calm & scenic paddle along the beautiful river in Surfers Paradise, passing mansions and mangroves, spotting marine life and birds, walking with peacocks and returning to the shoreline to watch sunset with refreshments & sushi plate.
The Twilight SUP tour includes a mini lesson, safety briefing, high quality SUP or Kayak equipment and fully guided tour. Please advise of preference on SUP Or Kayak prior to session.
Photos are taken during the tour and are available for purchase after the tour!
Refreshments after the session are included! This is a relaxed & gentle paddle for all levels, taking in the scenery of Surfers Paradise & Main Beach. Fun, informative and relaxing!
We operate this session as a special event once a month... and also for groups on demand...so be sure to book in as we have limited spots available.

Learn all you can about stand up paddle boarding in a private lesson, whether you are a beginner or have paddled before! We can base the lesson on your capabilities and what level you are up to. Open to all paddlers, from beginner to intermediate to long-time paddlers!

Join in on a 1 hour lesson where you will learn the basics and a lot more about paddle technique, advanced turns and stances. You will learn more, see more & gain a lot more confidence in a private lesson. We can cater to your needs, it's great for paddlers who want to gain confidence in a sound & safe environment.
Includes all quality SUP equipment, fully qualified and experienced instructor, personalised lessons and any questions you may have about SUPs answered! Please allow 1.5 hours for this experience.

To enjoy the fully guided Kayak Tour to the Farmers Market, please book in for a Sunday morning at 8am, you can then book your SUP Tour for the next morning or the Saturday morning. If you are limited on time then opt for a self guided Kayak Tour which you can do any day of the week and can do both activities on the same day!
