10-minute Camel Garden Ride Enjoy a leisurely and introductory 10-minute Camel Ride through the picturesque grounds of Summer Land Camels. Hop on for a relaxing ride in a traditional Camel Caravan. Before the ride begins, you'll receive a safety briefing and have a helmet fitted for your comfort. We're here to make your experience rich and educational and you can learn about Camel saddles and discover how they differ from other types. Gain insights into camel behaviour and understand how we can communicate with these majestic creatures through body language. After your ride, don't forget to snap a photo with our friendly riding Camels and Cameleers to capture the moment.





Before and after the tour, the fun doesn't stop. Feed our friendly camels, browse through our Skincare & Souvenir Shop, and indulge in a delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch at our Homestead Cafe.
All our products are available for purchase directly from the farm, so be sure to bring along an esky or cooler bag to take home a piece of Summer Land Camels' magic.
Before you go: Online bookings are essential. All participants are required to wear secure, closed-in footwear . This Camel Ride is suitable for ages 4 and above, with a weight limit of max. 100 kg per person or double saddle per camel. Please arrive & check in at the Farm Shop 15 minutes before your booked time. Note: Two passengers ride each camel in double saddles, with a maximum of 15 riders per booking time and a cap of 8 adults. No refunds for late arrivals, and our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of the confirmed camel riding time, no refund will be provided. Know Before You Go This 20-minute guided experience includes live commentary in English. The encounter takes place rain or shine in our all-weather facilities. 11:00 AM – Welcome to the Camel Farm

Your adventure begins at 11 AM when our friendly tour guide greets you with a warm smile. Embark on a 30-minute guided farm tour, where you'll explore our dairy, processing facilities, and the adorable baby camel paddock. Learn about the fascinating world of camel farming, discover how our award-winning Camel Milk products are made, and even get to taste them.
12:00 pm – Culinary Delights
As the clock strikes noon, it’s time to indulge in a sumptuous four-course lunch, featuring a taste of the Scenic Rim region, a Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel destination. Savour the flavours of the local produce and our Camel products. To elevate your experience even further, you can join a complimentary vodka tasting. Choose from a shot of your favourite Camel Milk Vodka or share a tasting paddle with a friend or partner. To finish, enjoy a delightful dessert paired with a complimentary cup of tea or coffee. Soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits are also available for purchase.
1:00 PM – Insta-perfect Memories
After lunch, the fun continues as you hand-feed our friendly camels. Capture the moment with Insta-perfect photos and enjoy the company of these gentle giants. The experience concludes with a guided visit to our farm shop, where you can learn more about our award-winning products and pick up unique souvenirs to take home.
Although the official tour concludes here, feel free to stay a little longer. Try more products, pet the camels, and make the most of your day at Summer Land Camels.
