Seaplane Flight Narooma

Leaving from the Narooma Quarterdeck
restaurant, you’ll take off from Forsters Bay and experience the beauty
of Montague Island from the air. See Montague’s lighthouse up close,
and enjoy the wildlife of the Batemans Marine Park. Keep your eyes
peeled for the colonies of fur seals that are usually in the waters, and
look out for migrating whales.

You’ll experience awesome views of the South Coast before returning to Forsters Bay for a unique and graceful water landing.

The full far south coast
experience. After departing Forsters Bay we head to sea to explore
Montague Island, before heading south, passing Mystery Bay before
overflying the famous fishing port of Bermagui. We return to Narooma via
the stunning Wallaga Lake and over Central Tilba, with incredible views of Guluga along the
way.

A seaplane is the perfect way to experience the awesome beauty of
Tuross Falls. We depart from the water at Narooma and
climb our way into the mountains of the Wadbilliga National Park to the
west of the Eurobodalla. As we leave the coast behind us we get amazing
views of the rocky escarpments and rugged bushland that mark the edge
of the Monaro Plateau. After 15 minutes we reach the Tuross Gorge, and
circle to get a spectacular view of the falls. An even more amazing
view awaits as we turn: below us the entire Eurobodalla coastline is
visible in the distance below. We then begin a gentle descent which
follows the river as it meanders from the gorge and through the
picturesque Nerrigundah valley and makes its way to the sea at Tuross
Head. We then return for a beautiful landing on the water at our
departure point.
