Experience sailing our old girl SV Run Amuk, a commercially registered ocean-going Peterson 43 racing yacht. D epart and return from 'Runaway Bay Marina', our local waterfront precinct just north of Southport.

Morning Watches to muster and explore our Gold Coast Broadwater, we depart and return from 'Runaway Bay Marina', our local waterfront precinct just north of Southport. You’ll experience sailing SV Run Amuk, a commercially registered ocean-going Peterson 43 racing yacht, its sister ship holds the title of the prestigious Sydney to Hobart record for most races completed by any yacht.

Nestle amongst the bean bags and cushions or have a go at crewing and learn to put up a sail, ​grind a winch or steer a course on the helm as we give a go at tacking and jibbing and all those sailing things.
A view most will never experience of the Gold Coast as we join the local dolphins and sail past some of the most glamorous homes of the Queensland.
​We sail around the picturesque Broadwater to Wave Break Island, a popular destination for divers and fishers. If weather allows we'll poke our nose out the Seaway for a look at the tourist strip from seaward.

On a nice day we'll anchor for a swim, SUP, kayak or grab our mask for a look under while we tuck into the seasonally protected north facing beach of the Wave Break.
Includes : Complimentary beverage BYO food and drinks Optional catering Activities: Stand-up paddle board, kayak, swim or snorkel, Have a go at steering, put up a sail or trim the rig. or just relax amongst the beanbags and cushions (Morning and Afternoon watches are the same cruise types. ​We sail around the picturesque Broadwater turn at Wave Break Island, a popular destination for divers and fishers. We then track north to Stradbroke Island to anchor at the popular Tipplers Cafe precinct for lunch with the islands wild wallabies (often mistaken for kangaroos).
Explore the foreshore and camp grounds in the area, on a warm day dive in for a swim, stand up paddle board or have a go on our kayak.
Includes : Complimentary beverage BYO food and drinks (lunch can be purchased from Tipplers Cafe on the Island)

RESILIENT TEAM PROGRAM

Our full day activity explores our environment and how we can benefit from what nature has given us to build resilience with the understanding that a team is only as fast as its slowest member. Build individual wellness you build and grow productivity. We cover off on what we’ve felt and known for years and now the science is proving it. As our lives get busy so do our minds, how do we find time to centre or balance ourselves.

Grant Monaghan, Ex-SAS Soldier, Navy Diver is a Servant Leader who’ll guide you through a program built on lived experience and mentoring others to become the best version of themselves in a classroom supplied by nature.

Whether you’re a CEO, elite athlete or battling an injury or mental health this is a workshop in an environment most will never have access to.

You’ll experience sailing the SV Run Amuk, a commercially registered ocean-going Peterson racing yacht, its sister ship holds the title of the prestigious Sydney to Hobart record for most races completed by any yacht.The workshop starts with activities ashore then join the local dolphins sailing past some of the most glamorous homes of Queensland.
It's not about learning to sail however during the program you'll help crew and put up a sail, grind a winch or steer a course on the helm as we have a go at tacking and gybing. We appreciate everyone has differing appetites for involvement, some simply get benefit sitting back taking it all in.

Whether dependant we'll try to anchor for a BBQ lunch, swim, SUP, kayak or grab our mask for a look under while we tuck into a protected beach around Stradbroke Island.

Discovery cruise exploring the waterways as we sail north from Southport to Moreton Island and return (2x full days & 1x nights). Discover wrecks, World War 2 fortifications, dolphin feeding, sand tobogganing, snorkelling, paddle boards and beach fossicking.
Our yacht's certainly an older vintage, built for comfortable yacht racing. In recent years she’s settled down nicely to a comfortable weekender.
​Includes: Selection of fresh meats, salads, fruits and grains to satisfy most food plans in circulation (be sure to contact us on booking for any requests). Coffee, tea or hot / cold chocolate. Day 1 - Lunch & dinner Day 2 – Breakfast & lunch (as you will be at Tangalooma Resort for the night dolphin visit. You will need to ‘fend for yourselves’.
