Surfing Waikato

Our private group / family lesson is a super fun flexible lesson that can be geared around your group’s specific needs. Whether your group is looking to learn the basics or is looking to hone in on the skills you already have – your sure to be having a blast!
This lesson is appropriate for a range of ages, skill levels, and groups. You’ll get everything you need to know about surfing, to get out paddling, standing up and having an epic time with your group.

The best way to progress surfing is to consistently practice surfing. A great way to kickstart your surfing, step up your surfing, and hone your skills, is through a multi day package. You will have an initial surf lesson where you will learn all the basics you need to know, about your board, the waves, how to paddle, stand up, and a dose of surf safety. Then depending on the option you choose you will follow up with further coaching through follow up lessons or continue your practice on your own with an equipment rental, solidifying your new surfing skills. After a surf package you’ll feel confident in the water to and ready to continue your surfing journey.

Our private surf lessons are a more exclusive experience with a private surf coach. Your coach will help you step up your surfing, hone your skills, or start with the basics.

Our instructors tailor your lesson to suit your ability. We’ll get you progressing faster! We get to understand your unique needs so you get the most out of your experience!
