SUP INTRO
The "Basic Intro to SUP" class will introduce you to the sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP). Session runs for approx 60minutes including 10 minutes on-land safety and technique and a yoga stretch to finish. There will be plenty of on water time with a qualified Coach and some free time to explore.
