With more cellar doors than any other wine region in Australia, one of the great pleasures of wine tasting here is the incredible breadth of flavour and character. While Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz have long been world-famous, you will also sip distinctive and innovative wines, from classic to newer varieties. The Region is also home to the only locally owned and operated distillery in the Hunter using only premium organic or natural ingredients. The flavours produced in award winning Gin and Vodka’s are to be tasted to be believed!

Your All-Inclusive experience starts with a visit to the Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese producers. Here you enjoy samplings of a selection of the cheeses made onsite and of course the opportunity to purchase! From here, you will visit 2 premium boutique wineries where you have an opportunity to taste a range of wine varietals. A selection of our preferred wineries include Wandin Estate, Margan Wines, Leogate Winery, Gundog Estate, Tulloch Wines, Hunters Dream Estate or if you have a preference please let us know!
Groups 1-6 Pax - Arrive at your lunch destination, Café Enzo located in a Tuscan inspired village among eclectic sandstone buildings in the heart of the Hunter Valley. With its unique ambiance and enchanting courtyard you are invited to relax and let the world drift away whilst feasting on Italian delicacies with homemade and locally grown produce.
Groups 7 - 10 Pax - Our lunch destination is the delightful Baumé
(pronounced bow- may) Restaurant where here the chefs will source the best of
local ingredients and tend to them with love to create a casual family-style
dining experience. Start with some tasty flatbreads to tempt the taste buds,
then enjoy shared signature dishes; created to be served in the middle of the
table accompanied by a range of garden-fresh sides and salads
Our final stop today is at
Tulloch Wines. For over 122 years, the Tulloch
family has been passionate about producing hand crafted, premium wines made to
enjoy. At Tulloch you don’t just do a wine tasting, you have a wine
experience. Here we will enjoy a
delightful Wine & Chocolate Experience, a foray into the world of
“degustation” that is easy to reproduce at home or with friends. You will experience the indulgence of Hunter
Valley made artisan chocolate as you partner each one with the mouth-watering
flavours of Tulloch Wines
From here the tour concludes and we transfer you to either your in Region Accommodation, or commence our journey back to Sydney.
