Overnight Terrace RV Site with Private Wood-Fired SpaGazer Hot Tub

• Price includes 2 adults (extra adults $35.00 pp) children under 14 free.  Family rate: children aged 14 - 18 add only $25 total for up to 3 children.
• The two (only) Terrace Sites are on a flat plateau just below The Headland and are about 80m apart with a small toilet building between them.  Perhaps a little more private and peaceful than The Headland and a bit more sheltered from wind which can be an issue at times.  The views are still incredibly expansive but not quite the 360º offered by The Headland sites.
• In this location we can have guests stay in large RVs, caravans or even tents as there is more room around the individual sites. 
• Fresh spring water at sites.  
• Power not available at these sites.
  
• NO glass glassware allowed in hot tubs.  Polycarbonate glasses are supplied.
• Private overnight hot tub - spring fed + plenty of firewood.  Hop in and out as many times as you like.
• You can bring your own towels and robes or rent some from us (see Extras)
  
• If you want to use the farm as your base of operations for sightseeing the whole Wanaka region, we have fantastic Swiss made e-bikes for hire with unlimited battery swaps - sensationally scenic cycle trails starting right from the farm.
• Day 1 - arrive any time from 10:00am (pick up bike if you choose this add-on or use on day 2).  Your hot tub site will be available from 2:00pm and we have the tubs heated and ready to hop in by around 5.00pm (The 1,300 litre hot tub is emptied, hand cleaned, re-filled with fresh spring water and re-heated for each customer.)
• Day 2 - vacate tub site by 10.00 am but park on farm if renting bike for the day.
• If you want to book the e-bikes in advance, we have a generous rain guarantee refund policy if too wet to ride.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 7 full days or more in advance (excludes day of) - Full refund minus any booking or card fees etc and a 15% cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs.
• Cancellation less than 7 full days in advance (excludes day of) - no refund unless we can resell the slot.  In which case: Full refund minus any booking or card fees etc and a 15% cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs.
• Cancellation any time on the day of the booking - No Refund.

• Our tubs are out in the open so, whilst we keep going if it's just raining (and guests love it!), we reserve the right to cancel on the day (with full refund less booking fee & credit card charges) in the event of really foul weather but that means strong winds combined with rain.  Unless advised otherwise, the session continues.

• The Headland sites are in a cluster of five individual hot tubs, each on a deck with outdoor furniture with a tiny change room attached and toilets available.  They are up on a hilltop at the centre of the property and offer 360º mountain views.  Whilst moderately close to each other privacy is still quite good and the views are just extraordinary.  NB: Currently only these Headland Sites have power available.
• NO glass glassware allowed in hot tubs.  Polycarbonate glasses are supplied.
