ABOUT
Tour: The duration of the walk is approximately 4hrs including lunch.
Itinerary : Our walk will begin with a safety briefing at the foot of the Lake. The track is 6km in length, which is walked in a clockwise direction.
We set out from Dove Lake directly beneath Cradle Mountain. This premier walk will offer you some spectacular views of the famous mountain!
The walk will take approximately 4hrs including a lunch stop along the way. The track travels around Dove Lake, passing beneath the mountain, then returns through stunning rainforest to the tour starting point. You will have the opportunity to venture through some of Tasmania's special vegetation found in this area.
A hiker's lunch is provided as part of the tour. This will be issued to you prior to the walk, please ensure you have a suitable bag to take this with you. Ensure you read through the walk safety guidelines and requirements prior to booking this tour.
Grade 3 : Some bushwalking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep hill sections, a rough surface and many steps.
