After a friendly introduction and a refreshing aperitivo made with local ingredients, you will move to the kitchen to prepare a complete seasonal menu inspired by regional traditions. You will learn how to make soft hand-rolled potato gnocchi, flavorful eggplant parmigiana rolls, and a light lemon-based dessert prepared with the farm’s own lemons during lemon season. Under the guidance of a professional chef, each step is explained clearly and simply, making the class suitable even for beginners and those with no previous cooking experience. Special attention is given to techniques and ingredient choices that ensure all dishes are naturally gluten-free, making the experience ideal for guests with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
