We pride ourselves on being passionate shooters across all rifle disciplines — from stalking and close-range tactical shooting to Precision Rifle Shooting (PRS) and other long-range and extreme-range target shooting. We speak the language, understand the demands, and, most importantly, practice what we preach.
Based in South Somerset, close to the North Dorset and East Devon borders, we offer the perfect shooting destination. Our facilities include a 1,000-square-foot retail shop, a 90-yard air rifle range, and an underground 100-metre centrefire range featuring multiple lanes, electronic targets, and fully heated and ventilated firing points. Shooters can train prone, bench-rest, or standing, in comfort and safety.

Bolt Action Rifle Tuition
Our .22 bolt action rifle tuition is a relaxed basic introduction to target shooting, ideal for anyone interested in this type of shooting.
Minimum age 14 (Requires adult supervision at all times).
1-hour supervised with full training and supervision by one of our trained range officers.
Includes up to 100 rounds of .22 ammunition.
Ideal as a group activity.
All PPE supplied.
Shooting up to 100 meters on our indoor range.

This tuition is conducted in our underground range and is designed to allow you to experience this type of shooting prior to having or choosing further training in a formal club environment.

.22lr M4 Semi-Auto
Shoot fast and have a blast!!
Use a modern semi-auto .22 rimfire calibre M4 style assault rifle and includes up to 150 rounds of high velocity ammunition with additional ammunition available to purchase if required at targets up to 100 meters.

Big Gun Tuition
IMPORTANT:
Bookings must be made more that 2-week in advance due to required background checks. Should you wish to shoot sooner than that, please choose one of our other tuition options.
Our BIG Gun experience now allows you the choice when you arrive. Pick a rifle from our amazing selection of rifles! The 1-hour session includes a full safety brief & training.
Targets from 25m -100m.
All equipment & PPE will be supplied.
Up to 30 rounds of ammunition, depending on your choice of rifle.
Minimum age 16 (Requires adult supervision at all times).
Up to 1 hour supervised by an NRA approved range officer.
Please note: A standard background check will be required following your booking. The form to complete will accompany your confirmation receipt, with an email address of where to return the completed form. This is a routine procedure and must be successfully completed before the experience can take place.
