We begin with a selection of cured meats, cheeses, and the renowned porchetta. We will then taste natural wines from small, ethical Italian producers. We’ll continue with seasonal delights: from the freshest fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea to prepared dishes using local, innovative ingredients, including plant-based "cheeses" and deli cuts. You'll witness the art of handmade pasta in a show cooking demonstration and, to conclude, savor classic Roman street food: delicious arrosticini.
