Take part in an authentic experience in the heart of the Apulian countryside, inside a family-run masseria surrounded by an ancient oak forest near Ostuni. A journey through tradition, nature, and flavors, dedicated to the art of mozzarella and local rural culture.

The experience begins with a mozzarella workshop , where you will meet an expert master cheesemaker who will guide you through every stage of the production process of authentic Apulian mozzarella, with a special focus on the stretching (filatura) phase.

You will then continue with a guided visit of the masseria , discovering its history, values, and production philosophy. You will explore the stable with cows, calves, and pigs raised in a semi-free-range environment, the vegetable garden, and the milking area, gaining insight into the full agricultural and dairy production cycle.

During the dairy tour , you will observe the technologies and techniques—both traditional and modern—used to produce cow’s milk mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and other typical Apulian cheeses.

The experience concludes with a rich tasting session featuring fresh dairy products, cheeses, cured meats, baked goods, and traditional desserts, accompanied by wine and water.
