Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding

Arrive at the peaceful riverfront property in the heart of the Mallee and settle into your surroundings. Meet your hosts and fellow retreat participants before enjoying a welcome lunch together.

The afternoon introduces gentle grounding practices including yoga and reflection, followed by an evening campfire gathering under the vast outback sky.

Day 2 – Wellness & Connection

Wake to the sounds of nature and begin the day with a sunrise yoga session.

Throughout the day enjoy guided workshops focused on wellness, reflection and connection to Country. Experience the deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound healing session , take nature walks along the river, and enjoy nourishing meals prepared with care.

The evening concludes with storytelling and shared conversation around the campfire.

Day 3 – Reflection & Departure

Start the morning with a gentle meditation and final group reflection before breakfast.

Nguukarrina Kulyparrana, meaning Land and Water, is a 3-day immersive eco-retreat held on a private 17,000-acre property on sacred Country along the Murray River in New South Wales.
Hosted by Dr Sophia Pearce, proud Barkindji Aboriginal woman and cultural knowledge holder, this retreat offers a deeply respectful journey of culture, connection and reflection.
Guided by Aboriginal Elders and experienced facilitators, guests are welcomed into traditional practices that honour Ancestors, land and water — creating a transformative experience rooted in authenticity, cultural integrity and care. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and walk gently on Country.
