3 DAY WELLNESS ECO RETREAT
Mallee • Culpra Station NSW
About the Retreat
Nguukarrina Kulyparrana is an immersive women’s eco-retreat grounded in culture, connection, and Country — an experience like no other.
Over three transformative days, you will be guided by Dr Sophia Pearce, Barkindji Aboriginal woman and cultural knowledge holder, alongside respected facilitators, to experience the wisdom of the land, the strength of women, and the deep spiritual connections that flow through every story, ceremony, and shared moment.
Held on sacred Country along the Murray River, this retreat invites you to slow down and reconnect through traditional practices including weaving, smoking ceremonies, bush medicine walks, welcome dance, and storytelling. These experiences are respectfully shared through the guidance of Aboriginal women, honouring culture, Ancestors, and Country.
Complementing the cultural journey, Melanie Wellness, certified yoga teacher and crystal sound bowl practitioner, will host yoga and sound healing workshops designed to gently open the body, calm the mind, and support energetic balance.
This is a space for reflection, healing, and empowerment — an invitation to return to self while walking gently on Country. Whether you arrive seeking connection, learning, or simply stillness, Nguukarrina Kulyparrana offers a deeply nourishing journey of spirit, held in the strength of women and the stories of the land.
