About the Retreat
Nguukarrina Kulyparrana, meaning Land and Water, is a 3-day immersive eco-retreat held on a private 17,000-acre property on sacred Country along the Murray River in New South Wales.
Hosted by Dr Sophia Pearce, proud Barkindji Aboriginal woman and Cultural Knowledge Holder, this retreat offers a deeply respectful journey of culture, connection and reflection.
Guided by Aboriginal Elders and experienced facilitators, guests are welcomed into traditional practices that honour Ancestors, land and water — creating a transformative experience rooted in authenticity, cultural integrity and care. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and walk gently on Country.

• Guided meditation and grounding practices


These sessions gently calm the nervous system, support energetic balance, and allow guests to fully receive the depth of the cultural experience.
Accommodation & Setting
• Pre-set luxury canvas tents with beds and linen

Fly into Mildura Airport (MQL).
Daily flights operate from Sydney and Melbourne via Rex and Qantas.
