Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) ohope

This unique blend of yoga and paddle boarding invites you to stretch and find your balance on a stand-up paddle board while appreciating the calm waters and breathtaking scenery of the Ohiwa Harbour.
You will Paddle out to a floating docking station and be instructed through an hour of yoga with our wonderful instructor Alex.
Price $45 per person
Requires a minimum of 3 bookings to go ahead.

Feeling unsure ?
Our stand up paddle board yoga classes teach you how to paddle a paddle board even if you have never experienced it before.
Once you are attached to our anchored dock Alex with strap you in making the paddle boards very stable
you will then run through a 1 hour session with a bit of spare time to paddle around at the end
