7-Day Adventure Sports Photography Workshop, Queenstown, New Zealand

Queenstown is the ultimate playground for adventure sports photographers. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and world-class action sports facilities, it offers diverse and dynamic shooting environments perfect for capturing movement, energy, and drama.
Until now, there has never been a comprehensive, multi-day, multi-sport program in New Zealand focused on up-skilling photographers specifically for the action and adventure sports industries New Zealand is so well known for.
You will also get to work directly with and hear directly from the local Queenstown business owners about what they think makes a good photo, what they are looking for when engaging with creatives and much more!

What better place to train than in the “adventure capital of the world?“

This is a first of its kind photography workshop experience in New Zealand, blending photography training with outdoor storytelling across the many action and adventure sports New Zealand is famous for.
__________________

This workshop is for early to mid-career professionals who are confident or looking to gain more confidence in shooting content in outdoor adventure environments. You MUST bring your own camera gear AND outdoor clothing/ camera bags etc and generally know how to use all of it.

Participants who are instructors, guides, or workshop operators must disclose that status when booking***
Participants may not reproduce or operate a substantially similar workshop program based on the structure, itinerary, or instructional materials of this workshop for a period of three (3) years without written consent.

___________________
This workshop emphasises hands-on field instruction, athlete and brand-driven shooting sessions, and a strong focus on developing a real-world creative workflow in the outdoors and developing your photography business processes while interacting directly with the local business owners here.

This workshop aims to allow photographers a chance to access the very best of adventure sports that New Zealand has to offer …all in one place!

Exact itinerary may change based on weather, local conditions, and other factors.
Accomodation options will vary based on confirmed numbers.
