Barossa Wellness Morning Walk
This guided walk offers a quieter way to experience the Barossa. Set within Kaiserstuhl Conservation Reserve, guests will experience open walking trails of native scrubland for 60-90 minutes of guided movement, breathwork and sensory attention.
Our Beyond Wellness facilitator will lead at an accessible pace, with pauses that invite guests to notice the land, slow their breathing and reconnect with their body. The focus is not fitness or performance. It is presence, perspective and a steadier start to the day.
The walk concludes with tea and light refreshments, allowing time to sit, talk or simply take in the stillness of the reserve before returning to the rest of the Barossa experience. This is the entry point into the Kaiserstuhl range - simple, grounded and ideal for visitors, accommodation guests or small groups seeking a gentle, place-based wellbeing experience.
Please Note: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If you book as two (2) travellers and minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative day of travel if available.
Cancellation due to weather: In all circumstances Beyond
Wellness will endeavour to operate tours. An alternative venue or location may
incur. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Beyond Wellness (example
includes unsafe conditions, such as high winds, bushfires, or severe weather).

Barossa Wellness Nature Walk with Gourmet Picnic
Our Nature Walk with Gourmet Picnic is a deeper way to experience Kaiserstuhl Conservation Reserve.
Guests begin with a guided place-based walk through native Barossa scrubland, led by a Beyond Wellness facilitator who supports the group to slow down, breathe well and pay attention to the landscape around them.
The walking pace is accessible and unhurried, with breathwork and mindful pauses woven into the route. The experience then opens into a chef-prepared picnic set in the forest, using seasonal South Australian produce and allowing enough time to eat slowly, connect and take in the surroundings.
This is not a rushed itinerary item. It is designed to create space in the day - enough movement to feel present, enough stillness to settle, and enough care in the food and setting to feel genuinely restored. Ideal for Barossa visitors, private groups, accommodation guests and small corporate reward experiences.
Dietary requirements can be catered for. All equipment provided.
