Skiing is fast becoming the most popular winter pastime. It involves a descending slope on a pair of skis that is attached to one's feet using a boot/binding interface. Skiing is a sport which a large amount of today's alternative sports have originated from, the likes of snowboarding and waterskiing to name but a few.
Our Pontgarreg skiing site has some awesome facilities, including toilets, car parking and spectator areas, with light refreshments available for purchase. Full training is given to all participants.

Skiing - Juniors Practice
Skiing is great fun for the whole family. In this practice session you will get ample time to fine tune your skiing skills or try out some new tricks you have been wanting to try. In the interests of safety, a minimum standard is required to use the slopes on a practice basis. You must be able to control your speed, link turns and use the lift.
