The After Dark Trail is a curated evening tasting journey through three of Brisbane's most distinctive venues, designed to introduce you to the city's contemporary food and beverage scene through the dishes, drinks and pairings that define it.
This isn't a tour of dishes you could order yourself. At each stop, the chefs and bar teams have hand-picked a sharing-style tasting specifically for our guests, drawing on the signature plates and produce-led techniques that have made each venue extraordinary. The result is a progressive arc across three distinctly different cuisines, three carefully chosen beverages, and three rooms you'd be unlikely to find on your own.
It's part welcome to Brisbane after dark, part shortcut to the best dishes, part shared evening with people who care about what's on the plate and in the glass. By the end, you'll know the food makers shaping this city, the venues worth returning to, and you'll leave with stories you'll want to retell.

Exclusions / Optional Add-Ons

• Full-size beverages and additional drinks at venues (available to purchase directly and highly recommended to complement your tasting journey)
• Hotel pick-up / drop-off
• Private tour upgrade — $440 flat rate for your group

Minimum 2 guests required for the tour to run. If minimum numbers aren't met, guests may upgrade to the private tour option, or join on another date.
